The Vibe Coding Revolution 🚀
If you haven't heard the term “Vibe Coding” yet – you're about to be obsessed with it.
Here's what it actually means: You use plain English (yes, just English!) to tell an AI what app you want built, and it builds it for you. No coding background required.
Molly shared a story that perfectly captures how wild this is…
She was standing in line at Starbucks at the AI Bot Summit & a woman walked up to her saying she didn't understand how this worked. Molly asked what she did – “fitness coach” – and asked if she had things she wanted her clients to do regularly. Yes. So Molly pulled out her phone, used a custom GPT she'd built to write the prompt, and by the time the woman's coffee was ready, the app was built.
That is not an exaggeration. That is the reality of where we are right now.
The 3 Types of Vibe Coded Apps Every Business Owner Should Consider
Here are 3 categories Molly broke down that I think apply to almost every business:
1. The Task Buddy (Internal Client App)
For Molly, this is her “Star Task Tracker” – an interactive checklist of the 5 daily actions her clients should be doing. Instead of a Google Doc that gets ignored, it's a beautifully designed app with a calendar view, notes section, & direct links back to her training portal.
The bonus? She can see on the back-end when clients are actually logging in & taking action.
2. The Activation Offer (A Product You Can Sell)
Molly built “Sora Spark” – a Sora prompt library app – in 3 DAYS when Sora 2 launched. She sold 130 apps in those first 3 days because she was the first to market with a tool that solved an immediate problem.

3. The Onboarding Experience

The S.T.A.R.S. Framework 🌟
This was one of my favorite parts of the conversation – Molly shared her S.T.A.R.S. framework, which is 5 simple things you should be doing every day (she calls it “brushing your business teeth”).
Here's the breakdown:
S – Set Your Intention
Connect with the vision of the life & business you want to create. Most people skip this step entirely & wonder why their efforts feel scattered.
T – Talk to Humans
Real conversations on messaging platforms (Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, Facebook Messenger). Not comment replies – actual messages. Notice how Instagram just moved their “post” button to make the messaging button more prominent? They're literally training us to have more conversations.
A – Ask for the Opportunity
There's a difference between “Hey, how's it going?” & “Hey, I had an idea. I'm opening this new program. Would you be interested?” The 2nd one is asking for the opportunity to serve someone. It's making the offer.
R – Referrals (Ask For or Give)
Imagine messaging someone: “Hey, I'm on a mission to give 3 referrals a day. Who would you like to be connected to?” That's the law of reciprocity in action.
S – Share a Moment or Personal Story
In the age of AI, people need to see the HUMAN behind your brand. If everything you post is overly polished & edited, people will assume you're fake.
These activities aren't revolutionary – they're SIMPLE. Which is exactly why they work, & why most people don't actually do them.
The Quesadilla of Awesome 🧀
Now THIS is where the conversation got really good.
In a world where everyone is using ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini to create content – the AVERAGE is becoming the norm. And if you don't actively work to stand out, you'll blend in with everyone else.
Molly's “Quesadilla of Awesome” framework is how she helps clients identify what makes them uniquely themselves. The 5 layers:

Your Skill Set – Make a list of 20 things that make you uniquely awesome

Your Activities – What do you love to do outside of business?

Your Appearance – Not how others see you, but how YOU feel about how you look. Lean into what's distinct (Molly's giant earrings & gray streak became part of her brand)

Your Values – What do you actively stand for? (Molly stands for “joy as a fierce form of activism”)

Foods You Love – Sounds weird, but go post on Facebook “Brussels sprouts – yes or no?” & watch the engagement explode
The point is this: When you let your weird show, the RIGHT people find you.
Authenticity is a superpower, especially now. Your ideal clients aren't looking for the most polished version of you. They're looking for the REAL you.
