AdOutreach is seeking a full-time Video Copywriter Coach to prepare scripts both in a “non-live” & live environment for our different tiers of clients. Non-live meaning over the course of a few days
after being provided with a brief from the client. And live being on a one-hour video call where you walk them through creating a compelling video ad script.

The Video Copywriting Coach will also review video scripts, prepare notes, ask questions, make suggestions, and adjust copy to support clients with their video marketing goals. The ideal candidate will ensure each client leaves the coaching call feeling confident that their ad will reach their targeted demographic and generate leads/sales.

This full-time role is 100% remote, but you must be available to work during “normal business hours” regardless of your time zone (approximately 9 am to 5 pm Central Time).

Sales Advisor

Your primary responsibility in this role will be one on one video sales calls with leads on your calendar that have been approved through marketing or set onto your calendar from our specialist team. You will be recommending the best suited of AdOutreach’s programs for them, and following up to ensure clients enroll.

Operations Coordinator

AdOutreach is looking for a driven, highly organized Operations Coordinator to oversee and improve upon AdOutreach’s daily operations and work with our Operations Manager and Chief Operating Officer to develop new internal systems that will support our fast-growing business. The Operations Coordinator will also work with the Sales and Client Success teams to support the key operational needs of each department.

On a typical day, the Operations Coordinator will perform various administrative duties, including but not limited to processing accounts receivables and recording transactions accordingly, sending invoices and contracts in a timely manner, as well as managing and updating data sheets for several functional areas of the company. The Operations Coordinator’s mission is to promote operational efficiency in each department while executing operational tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
