One of the biggest game-changers we've seen lately is leveraging AI for ad targeting. With cookies going away, it's more important than ever to have a robust targeting strategy.

Our Alpha-AI approach combines Google's machine-learning capabilities with our own proprietary audience-building tactics. The result? Laser-focused targeting that gets your ads in front of the right people at the right time.

The Video-Blocks Strategy: 24 Ad Variations in Record Time!

One of our secret weapons for creating high-performing ads is what we call the “Video-Blocks” Strategy.

This approach allows you to create 24 different ad variations in the time it usually takes to film just 2-3 videos. Here's how it works:

Write 5-10 different hooks

Create 1-2 different educate sections

Craft a solid call-to-action (or two)

Then, film each section individually:

Record just the hook for each variation (about 10-30 seconds each)

Film your educate sections

Record your call-to-action

Then you have your editor put them all together for you in post-production!

By the time you're done, you'll have enough content to create 12-24 different YouTube Ads! We then mix and match these “blocks” in post-production to create multiple ad variations.

This strategy allows us to rapidly test different hooks and messaging to see what resonates best with our audience. It's been a game-changer for our clients' campaigns.

Maximizing ROAS with The Tree Scaling Method

As ad costs continue to rise, it's more crucial than ever to have a solid strategy for scaling your campaigns profitably.

That's where our “Tree Scaling Method” comes in.

Here's the basic idea:

Start with a “trunk” – your core campaign that's performing well

Slowly increase budget on winning campaigns (growing the trunk)

Simultaneously, branch out with new, similar campaigns (like tree branches)

Continually prune underperforming branches and reinvest in winners

This approach allows you to scale vertically (increasing budget on winners) and horizontally (expanding to new audiences and ad variations) at the same time. It's how we've been able to scale campaigns to 7 and 8 figures while maintaining strong ROAS.
