Here’s the basic framework:

Pro Tip: Use the “Teach, Don’t Sell” approach. Give away so much value that people think, “If this is what they’re giving for free, imagine what their paid stuff must be like!”
Step 2: Strategic Distribution
Creating great content is only half the battle.
You need to get it in front of the right eyes. This is where a lot of people go wrong – they create amazing videos but then just hope people will find them.
Here’s where we get strategic:
YouTube SEO: Optimize your videos for search. Use keyword-rich titles, descriptions, and tags. Create custom thumbnails that stand out.

Record your first video (don’t aim for perfection, aim for value)

Set up a simple lead magnet related to the video topic
