How to Create 90 Days of Content Ideas

By the time you’re done reading this email, you’ll have a fail-proof system for generating virtually limitless video content ideas!

Say goodbye to creator’s block and content droughts for good.

Step 1: Know Your Ideal Client Inside and Out

The key to generating video content that truly resonates with your audience is to have a deep, intimate understanding of who they are, what they struggle with, and what they desire.

So before you even think about brainstorming video ideas, you need to get crystal clear on your ideal client avatar.

And I mean really clear – not just surface-level demographics, but the fears, doubts, challenges, goals, and beliefs that keep them up at night.

Here’s a quick exercise to help you flesh out your ideal client profile:

Make a list of 10 Answers to each of these Questions:

What are their biggest fears and insecurities?

What tangible problems do they face in their life or business?

What are their secret desires and aspirations?

What questions are they dying to have answered?

What’s holding them back from taking action on their goals?

What past failures or setbacks are they struggling to overcome?

What limiting beliefs are keeping them stuck?

Really challenge yourself to dig deep and get inside your ideal client’s head. The more specific and detailed you can get, the easier it will be to generate content that speaks directly to their needs.

Step 2: Brainstorm 5 Angles for Each Answer

Once you have your master list of ideal client insights, it’s time to start turning them into video ideas. And the key here is to approach each one from multiple angles.

For Each Answer on your list, come up with 5 different Video Angles or approaches:

A personal story or anecdote that illustrates the point

A client case study or success story

A metaphor or analogy that makes the concept more relatable

A thought-provoking question or reflection prompt

A contrarian viewpoint or myth-busting take

The beauty of this approach is that it allows you to take a single insight or pain point and spin it into 5 unique pieces of content.

So if you came up with 10 fears and 10 desires in step one, you now have the seeds for 100 distinct videos!

Step 3: Outline Each Video – Hook, Story, Teach, Recap, CTA

Of course, a video idea is not the same as a fully fleshed-out video. That’s where this next step comes in.

For each of your Brainstormed Ideas, create a Quick Outline that hits these 5 key beats:

The Hook: An attention-grabbing opening that speaks directly to the viewer’s problem or desire and hints at the solution you’ll provide

The Story: A personal anecdote, case study or metaphor that illustrates the problem and sets up the teaching point

The Teach: The core lesson, insight or strategy you want to impart to the viewer

The Recap: A quick summary of the key takeaways and how the viewer can apply them

The CTA: A clear, specific call-to-action telling the viewer what to do next to go deeper with you

This outline becomes your roadmap for fleshing out the full video script. And because you’re starting with a strong structure, the writing process becomes much easier and faster.

Step 4: Batch Your Recording or Going Live

Now that you have a stockpile of fleshed-out video outlines, it’s time to bring them to life.

And the key to making the creation process as efficient as possible is to batch your recordings together – this eliminates ‘switching costs’.

Block off a few hours, a half day, or even a full day to knock out as many videos as you can in one focused session. You’ll be amazed at how much more you can get done when you’re in the flow and not constantly starting and stopping.

If you’re pre-recording, try to create similar types of videos back to back, so you can reuse the same setup, wardrobe, etc., without having to break down and start over each time.

Step 5: Rinse and Repeat Consistently

The real power of this system comes from consistent implementation.

Commit to setting aside time each week or month to brainstorm new ideas, flesh out outlines, and batch your recording.

The more you practice this process, the faster and more effortless it will become.

You’ll start to see opportunities for new angles and approaches everywhere.

And you’ll never again have to worry about running out of ideas or scrambling to come up with last minute content.

This is the exact process I used to stockpile a quarter’s worth of video content in a single weekend.

And it’s not a one-time thing – every time I set aside a few hours to follow these steps, I’m able to generate enough ideas and outlines to keep my content machine humming for months.

Imagine how much more free time and creative energy you’ll have when you’re not constantly stressing about what to post next.

Imagine being able to create from a place of abundance and inspiration, rather than scarcity and writers block.

That’s the power of having a proven system for generating and executing on winning video ideas.

And now that you have the blueprint, all that’s left is to implement it!

So, block off some time this week to brainstorm your ideal client’s key problems and desires.

Come up with those 5 juicy angles for each one. Flesh out your hooks, stories and teaching points.

And then hit record and share your mastery with the world.

Your audience is waiting for you, and with this system in your back pocket, you’ll never let them down.

Here’s to never running out of incredible content ideas again!

The 3-Part Irresistible YouTube Ads Format

Let’s dive right into it by revealing the secrets!

The 3 Key Components of a High-Converting YouTube Ad are:

The Hook

The Educate Section

The Call-to-Action (CTA)

Let’s unpack each of these a bit more.

Part 1: The Hook

This is the Opening of your YouTube ad, and it’s Make-or-Break.

You have mere seconds to capture your viewer’s attention and convince them your video is worth watching.

If your hook doesn’t immediately capture their attention, they’ll skip the ad without a second thought.

So, how do you craft a truly Irresistible Hook?

The key is to lead with a bold statement, a surprising statistic, a thought-provoking question, or an emphatic promise (or some combination of these elements)

Your hook should be tailored to your specific audience and the problem they’re looking to solve.

It should immediately signal to the viewer, “Hey, this is for you and it’s going to make your life better in some way.”

Here’s an example of a powerful hook in action, from one of my highest-converting ads (maybe you’ve seen it, haha):

“YouTube Ads Beat Facebook Ads Every Time. Let’s Face it, Facebook Ad Costs are Going Through the Roof & Even When You Have a Great Ad, They’re Almost Impossible to Scale. In This Video I’m Going to Show you How to Use YouTube Ads To Get More Consistent Leads & Sales.”

See how this works? In just a few sentences, the hook:

Makes a strong claim that challenges the status quo (YouTube Ads are better than Facebook)

Addresses the biggest problems the viewers are facing that can be solved (Facebook Ad costs rising & being hard to scale)

Promises valuable information the viewer doesn’t have yet (How to use YouTube Ads to get leads & sales)

That last part is key.

Your hook should create an itch the viewer has to scratch. It should tease the value to come and leave them eager to stick around for the payoff.

Part 2: The Value

This is the core of your YouTube Ad, where you deliver on the promise of your hook. Once you have your viewer’s attention, it’s time to wow them with value.

The biggest mistake I see people make in their video ads is jumping straight into a pitch without offering any real substance. They make a bold claim in their hook, then immediately pivot to asking for the sale.

But if you want your ads to truly convert & scale, you need to give before you ask. You need to demonstrate your unique value and earn your viewer’s trust.

So, how do you pack value into a video ad?

My top tip is to focus on 1-3 “Golden Nuggets” – bite-sized pieces of advice, insights, or demonstrations that deliver a quick win for your viewer.

This could be a powerful stat or case study that proves your bold claim.

A mini-tutorial that helps your viewer solve a nagging problem.

An insider secret for getting better results in your niche.

Anything that leaves your viewer thinking, “Wow, if I’m getting this much value in a free ad, imagine what their paid stuff must be like!”

The key is to make your value specific and concrete.

Don’t just tell your viewer your coaching, product or service will help them – show them exactly how, in a way they can immediately implement.

For example, in that YouTube vs. Facebook ad, I followed up the bold hook with a series of eye-opening stats about YouTube Ads, intent based advertising and how YouTube Ads worked. I walked the viewer through exactly what makes YouTube so powerful, in a way that was easy to understand and apply.

By the end of the value portion, the viewer was not only convinced my claim was legit – they were hungry to learn more and get their hands on my full strategy.

Part 3: The Call-to-Action

This is where the rubber meets the road & you get to reap the rewards of a successful YouTube Ad.

You’ve hooked your viewer’s attention, delivered value… now it’s time to tell them exactly what to do next.

So many video ads drop the ball here.

They either fail to include a CTA at all, or they make it confusing and complicated to follow through.

But if you want your ad to actually drive results, your CTA needs to be crystal clear and ridiculously easy to act on.

My tips for Nailing the CTA & Maximizing Conversions:

Make it a No-Brainer. Your CTA should feel like the natural, obvious next step after consuming your value-packed content. The viewer should feel like they’d be crazy NOT to take you up on it.

Repeat it Verbally and Visually. Don’t just say your CTA out loud in the video – reinforce it with on-screen text and graphics. The more times and ways you expose your viewer to the CTA, the more likely they are to follow through.

Reduce Friction. If you’re sending people to a landing page, make sure that page is congruent with your ad and delivers on your promise. Don’t make people hunt for the offer or fill out a long form. The easier you make it for viewers to take action, the more of them will.

Here’s an Example of a Strong, Frictionless CTA:

“So if you’re ready to harness the power of YouTube ads to scale your business, I’ve put together a free video training that walks you through my exact strategy, step-by-step. To get instant access, just click the link on your screen right now and enter your name and email on the next page. It takes 30 seconds, and you’ll get my full system for creating ads that convert. Go ahead and click that link now – I’ll see you inside.”

See how clear and compelling that is?

The viewer knows precisely what to do and what they’ll get in return. All they have to do is click once and put in their info – no hoops to jump through or questions left unanswered.

When you nail all three of these elements – the hook, the value and the CTA – in one tight, powerful package… that’s when the magic happens.

That’s when your video ads go from “just another ad” to an irresistible, conversion-driving machine.

Now, creating YouTube Ads that check all these boxes takes some practice and testing. But when you understand the core formula, you’re 90% of the way there.

The Next Time you sit down to Script a YouTube Ad, make sure you can answer “yes” to each of these questions:

Does my hook immediately grab attention and spark curiosity with a bold claim or promise?

Does my ad deliver real, concrete value (Golden Nuggets) that demonstrates my expertise and leaves the viewer wanting more?

Is my CTA crystal clear, easy to follow, and reinforced multiple times?

How to Re-Frame ‘Failures’ as Learning Lessons that Lead to Success

So, what exactly is the Entrepreneur’s Mindset? At its core, it’s a perspective that defines success not by outcomes, but by growth and learning.

In other words, instead of labeling an endeavor a “failure” if it doesn’t meet your initial expectations, you view it as a valuable learning experience that will ultimately move you closer to your goals.

The only true failure, in this mindset, is giving up or failing to failing to learn from a setback. Everything else is simply data and feedback you can use to refine your approach & win the next time.

The Real Measure of Success is How Quickly you can Turn challenges into Breakthroughs and “Failures” into Opportunities.

Easier said than done, I know. So, how can you actually put this mindset into practice? Here are a few key strategies:

1. Reframe “Failure” as Feedback

The next time something doesn’t go as planned in your business, resist the urge to beat yourself up or write it off as a failure. Instead, get curious about what you can learn from the experience.

Ask Yourself:

What worked and what didn’t?

What assumptions did I make that turned out to be false?

What customer objections or market factors did I overlook?

What would I do differently next time?

By mining the experience for insights and lessons, you transform it from a ‘failure’ into a priceless learning opportunity.

You gain knowledge and wisdom you couldn’t have gotten any other way, which you can apply to make your next attempt even stronger.

2. Focus on Your Growth, Not Just Your Goals

Setting ambitious goals for your business is great. But if you stake your entire sense of success and self-worth in achieving those specific outcomes every time, you set yourself up for a lot of unnecessary stress and disappointment.

A more resilient approach is to focus on your growth as an entrepreneur, not just your external achievements.

Make Learning, Stretching Beyond your Comfort Zone, and Becoming the Best Version of Yourself the Ultimate Measure of Success.

Because you know that every challenge you work through is making you a stronger, savvier, more adaptable business owner. And that, more than any one goal achieved, is the true foundation of lasting success.

This turns those “Learning Lessons” into Building Blocks you use to Win long-term.

3. Embrace Challenges as Opportunities to Level Up

In gaming, “leveling up” means acquiring new skills and powers that allow you to take on bigger challenges and reap greater rewards. And that’s a perfect analogy for how to view obstacles in your business.

Every time you come up against a roadblock, a rejection, a “no” or a disappointing outcome, you have a chance to level up your problem-solving skills, your creativity, your resourcefulness and your resilience. You can acquire new tools and talents that prepare you to play at a higher level.

So, instead of shying away from challenges, welcome them as opportunities to become a more capable entrepreneur.

Embrace the chance to test your limits and see how innovative and adaptable you can be. You might be surprised at the new levels of success and impact you can reach by rising to meet each challenge.

4. Keep a Journal with a Learning Log

As you encounter various obstacles and work to extract the lessons, be sure to capture your insights in writing. That way you can stack everything you learn.

Start a “Learning Log” in your Journal where you jot down the key takeaways from each experience, both the wins and the setbacks. (I’ve got a template for this I’ll share a bit later in the email)

Over time, this becomes an invaluable resource you can refer back to when you’re facing new challenges or making new decisions.

It’s a record of your growth and evolution as an entrepreneur and a toolbox full of hard-won wisdom you can apply again and again.

Plus, the very act of writing out your lessons helps to crystallize them in your mind and integrate them more fully.

It’s a way of honoring your journey and acknowledging all the ways you’re becoming a better, more resilient business owner, one experience at a time.

The Entrepreneur’s Mindset is not about ignoring or downplaying challenges.

It’s about reframing them as opportunities for growth and learning. It’s about recognizing that the path to success is not a straight line but a winding road full of valuable lessons and chances to level up.

When you embrace this mindset, you become unstoppable.

No setback can throw you off course for long, because you know how to alchemize it into fuel for your next breakthrough.

No disappointment can crush your confidence because you value your own growth over any external validation.

You become the kind of entrepreneur who sees possibilities where others see dead ends. The kind who dares to take bold risks and dream big dreams because you know that your true success lies in constantly striving and evolving — not in being ‘perfect.’

So the next time you find yourself facing a challenge in your business, take a deep breath and remember: This is not a failure.

This is a chance to learn, grow and level up. This is an opportunity to strengthen your resolve and sharpen your skills.

Embrace the lessons, keep putting one foot in front of the other and trust that every stepping stone, even the wobbly ones, are leading you to exactly where you’re meant to be.

How to Be Confident On Camera (Even If You’re Terrified)

Have you ever felt that knot of dread in your stomach when you think about going on camera?

Maybe you’ve avoided creating YouTube ads or YouTube videos because you worry about how you’ll look, sound, or what people will think of you.

Believe it or not, I know that feeling all too well.

For years, I let my fear of being judged or coming across as awkward hold me back from using video in my business. I was self-concious about how I looked.

About 6 years ago, I was 50lbs heavier than I am today & I remember filming one of my earlier YouTube Ads & just being really anxious about how I looked in the video…

Even though I was the YouTube Ads guy myself, I just couldn’t bring myself to hit publish & run the ad.

But then I remembered the same advice I gave my clients at the time — and I’m going to give you now.

It doesn’t matter what you look like or sound like on camera — All that matters is that you are seen as the Authentic Authority.

So I published the YouTube Ad, and I am so glad that I did, because it was the first ad to generate over a Million Dollars in my Business!

Seriously — the ad I was self-conscious about, was the first ad to propel my business to 7 Figures!

I had also discovered a mindset shift that changed everything for me – and I believe it can help you overcome your own video fears, too.

Here’s the key realization: You’re already much more comfortable and confident on camera than you think.

Think about it – when you FaceTime a good friend or hop on a Zoom call with your team, do you feel anxious and self-conscious? Probably not. In fact, you likely feel quite at ease and able to express yourself naturally.

And guess what? That version of you – the relaxed, authentic, conversational you – is the same person your audience wants to connect with on video.

The problem is; we often psych ourselves out when we think about creating videos for our business.

We put all this pressure on ourselves to be “perfect” or to come across a certain way. We imagine our audience as this scary, judgmental mob waiting to tear apart our every flaw.

But the truth is, your viewers WANT to get to know the real you.

They’re not expecting or demanding some flawless, idealized version of you.

They just want you to show up authentically and share your unique personality, insights and ideas. That’s why you’re the Expert!

When I finally grasped this, it was like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.

I stopped trying to be someone I’m not on camera and just focused on showing up as myself.

I started treating video creation like I was having a conversation with a good friend – someone I could be totally real and comfortable with.

I let myself just be me, sure, at the time I didn’t look my best, even now that I’m in shape I’m still quite a bit nerdy, and I don’t always say the perfect thing. And you know what?

My audience loved it. They started commenting on how relatable and genuine I seemed, and how much they enjoyed getting to know me as a person.

The more I let go of the need to be “perfect” and just let my true self shine through, the easier and more enjoyable video creation became for me. And the more my audience connected with and responded to my content & ads.

So my challenge to you is this: The next time you’re gearing up to record a video, take a deep breath and imagine you’re just chatting with a close friend or favorite client.

Picture someone who makes you feel totally at ease and accepted for who you are. Then hit record and let yourself speak to that one person, heart-to-heart.

Don’t worry about the hundreds or thousands of other people who might eventually see the video. In that moment, you’re just talking to that one cherished, friendly face.

I think you’ll be amazed at how much more comfortable and confident you feel when you approach video creation this way.

You’ll stop fixating on saying the “perfect” thing or projecting some artificial image, and you’ll start authentically connecting with your audience, human to human.

And that, more than any polished presentation or high production values, is what will truly magnetize viewers to you and your message.

Step 1: Craft your Webinar Content

Start with a big idea or promise (e.g., “How to use our new Alpha AI strategy to scale your business to 7-8 figures with YouTube Ads”)

Identify your target audience and their pain points (e.g., rising ad costs, inconsistent results)

Outline 3-5 key pillars or steps you’ll teach to help them achieve their desired outcome

Include proof, testimonials, and case studies throughout the webinar

Tell your story and explain why you’re qualified to teach this topic (e.g., share your journey, awards, and client results)

Offer a freebie (e.g., a PDF guide) for attendees who stay until the end

Step 2: Design your Webinar Slides

Create a Webinar that follows a proven structure (e.g., intro, content, close)

Incorporate engaging visuals, illustrations, and stock photos from sites like Adobe Stock

Highlight key points, promises, and benefits throughout the presentation

End with a strong call-to-action (e.g., book a strategy call, purchase a course)

Aim for a 45-60 minute webinar packed with value

Step 4: Set up your Webinar Funnel

Upload your recorded webinar to a video hosting platform like Vimeo

Use a webinar platform like WebinarJam or EverWebinar to host your automated webinar

Configure your webinar settings, including:

Three schedule options (top of the hour, 7 PM, 10 AM the next day)

Registration page (use your own design or a pre-built template)

Email notifications (confirmation, reminders, replay)

Dynamic attendee count (e.g., 158)

Live chat disabled, but allow questions via email

Clickable call-to-action buttons at key moments

Create a high-converting registration page using a landing page builder like ClickFunnels

Integrate your webinar platform with your email marketing tool to capture leads
